I feel like being just startup won't help solve the problem if u look at the big picture. The food waste is a lot in USA, for example, and people are starving in Africa. So the food needs to transported along with the neccesary items to keep them fresh which is not really possible if the startups are small, Hence an international organization that takes care of these matters needs to be established...
The problem has to be tackled differently in different continents. Would also have to keep in mind that transporting food over long distances gives birth to other problems :)
